Shari Baber is a woman who gets things done. She is exactly the kind of public servant we all deserve; she sees a problem and figures out how to fix it. Where there’s a need, she works to fill it.
Shari has a leader’s heart and the spirit of a warrior. She’s built a successful small business, created three non-profits, and volunteers at her church all while raising her children and being a prominent and reliable figure in the lives of her grandchildren.
In a statehouse currently filled with people serving their party instead of their constituents, Shari Baber is a leader who understands the job of being a state representative. She will lead with a strong voice, with honor, dignity and a commitment to truth and justice. You can count on it.

Shari Baber is the real deal. When it comes to strengthening our community, Shari is always eager to roll up her sleeves. This is especially true when it comes to mentoring our youth and making sure they are on a path to a successful future.
If she were in the Idaho Legislature, Shari would be among the first to support LAUNCH scholarships, which keep Idaho's talent in Idaho and produce the nurses, welders, and other in-demand professionals our economy needs.
Without more supporters of LAUNCH in the Legislature, extreme-right Republicans will succeed in their plan to eliminate this route to good jobs. I was extremely disappointed that Shari's opponent voted against LAUNCH scholarships -- twice.
Shari will put our children first. With her values, she would have scored a 100% rating from the nonpartisan vote tracker, Idaho Children Are Primary. Her opponent scored a failing 54% rating. We absolutely need Shari in the Idaho Legislature to curb the rise in extremism and be a voice for every kid.
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 291 has endorsed Shari Baber for Idaho House District 15 House Seat B in the 2024 General Election. The IBEW’s values of “good jobs with livable wages to support our families and communities, the need for good honest education, not only for our children, but for all, including registered apprenticeships, and diversity and inclusion in our communities” are inline with the values Shari holds dear to her heart. The IBEW Local 291 is looking forward to Shari helping to make and keep Idaho a great sate to live and work in for all of us.
The Idaho State AFL-CIO has opted to endorse Shari Baber for the Idaho House of Representatives because of Shari’s integrity and her unwavering commitment to the working men and women of this state.

Community work is one of the first things I look for in someone running for office. I don’t look for someone that says they are in the community, that only shows up for photo ops. I don’t look for the people that say they will show up and then don’t. No, I look for those community leaders that just show up and lead by example. The late Sue Chew was one of these types of community leaders, showing up unannounced and serving food for NACOB, giving tours of the capital building to school children. I feel that Ms. Shari Baber is one of these people who thinks of community first and therefore I proudly endorse her for Idaho House of Representatives, District 15 Seat B.
